Erik Michelsen, the founder, has been an attorney since 1987, and he has operated his law firm for almost two decades.
Since January of 1998, Mr. Michelsen has applied his vast knowledge of business and real estate transactions to assist his own clientele in the commercial real estate business. Mr. Michelsen graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1987.
Mr. Michelsen understands the need for cost-effective legal services to add value to commercial real estate transactions. Only third-party costs are charged to clients and there is never any charge for administrative work on files.
